To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines and pre-paid label once the return request is approved.
  • You're also welcome to return in stores! 

What items are returnable?

Lauren Nicole accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. In store pick up orders can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the day it is marked ready for pick up. For our full In Store Pick Up Policy please click here! https://www.laurennicole.com/pages/in-store-pick-up-policy

  • Items must arrive to our Returns Department within the 14 day period.
  • Items must have tags attached and in original condition
  • Item must be unwashed, unworn, with no make-up or deodorant marks.
  • Shoes must be unworn and in their original box.
  • If there are any issues with your item(s) upon arrival, you must let us know within 48 hours of delivery.

All belts, body tape, fashion tape, hair accessories, handbags, hats, home decor, jewelry, sunglasses, petals, wallets, face masks, gift cards, sale items are FINAL sale.

Extended Holiday Policy:

  • Starting 11.25.23 purchases eligible for return/exchange may be returned for store credit only through 1.8.24 (14 days after Chrsitmas). If the return falls within the original 14 day policy, it is eligible for our normal Refund Policy.

Are there any charges for return?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Please note that return label costs are deducted from total refund amount. If you return for store credit, we'll comp the return shipping label!
  • Returns shipped to our Returns Department outside the 14 day period and/or do not meet the return policy will encounter additional shipping or restocking fees.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Store Promotion and Sale Policy:

  • Items purchased during a sale or with a store promotion code are Final Sale unless otherwise stated to be eligible for exchange or store credit.

Buy Two Get One 50% Off Sale:

  • Orders where the Buy 2 Get 1 50% Off promo is applied, the ENTIRE ORDER is FINAL SALE. No exceptions. Discount applies to every third item at the lowest price. Does not apply to previous purchases. For orders where the promo is not applied, the normal return policy applies.

Black Friday and Cyber Monday Policy:

  • Purchases made with Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions are FINAL SALE. Promotional discount does not apply to previous purchases, sale items, or gift cards. Items returned during Black Friday or Cyber Monday promotions are not eligible to re-purchase with the discount. Original price applies.
