To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines and pre-paid label once the return request is approved.
  • You're also welcome to return in stores! 

 

What items are returnable?

Lauren Nicole accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must have tags attached and in original condition
  • Item must be unwashed, unworn, with no make-up or deoterant marks.
  • Shoes must be in their original box.
  • If there are any issues with your items upon arrival, you must let us know within 48 hrs of delivery.
  • Store Promos: Items purchased with a store promo code are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

All handbags, jewelry, gift cards, and sale items are FINAL sale.

Are there any charges for return?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Please note that return label costs are deducted from total refund amount. If you renturn for store credit, we'll comp the return label!
  • Returns shipped to our return department outside the 14 day period and/or do not meet the return policy will encounter additional shipping or restocking fees.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
