To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines and pre-paid label once the return request is approved.
  • You're also welcome to return in stores! 

What items are returnable?

Lauren Nicole accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must arrive to our Returns Department within the 14 day period.
  • Items must have tags attached and in original condition
  • Item must be unwashed, unworn, with no make-up or deodorant marks.
  • Shoes must be unworn and in their original box.
  • If there are any issues with your item(s) upon arrival, you must let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Store Promos: Items purchased with a store promo code are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

All jewelry, hair accessories, hats, belts, handbags, wallets, sunglasses, face masks, gift cards, and sale items are FINAL sale.

Extended Holiday Return Policy:

  • Starting 11.26.22 purchases eligibile for return/exchange may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY through 1.8.23 (14 days after Christmas). If the return falls within the original 14 day policy, it is eligible for a refund.

 

Are there any charges for return?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Please note that return label costs are deducted from total refund amount. If you return for store credit, we'll comp the return shipping label!
  • Returns shipped to our Returns Department outside the 14 day period and/or do not meet the return policy will encounter additional shipping or restocking fees.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Black Friday and Cyber Monday Policy:

  • Purchases made with Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions are eligible for store credit or exchange ONLY. Promotional discount does not apply to previous purchases. Items returned during Black Friday or Cyber Monday are not eligible to re-purchase with the discount. Original price applies.
