At Lauren Nicole we create a unique store + online experience! We are looking for a new member on our Web Team to assist the District Logistics + E-Commerce Manager in an entry level position. This position offers a flexible schedule and is perfect for someone looking for the opportunity to grow within the company!
Job Responsibilities include:
- Diligently and efficiently prepare all online orders to ensure a high quality order experience.
- Assist customers through online chat and email with order status, styling suggestions, and store policies.
- Create strong customer relations digitally to enhance our online experience.
- Assist in the receiving and processing procedures for incoming merchandise.
- Keep spaces organized and clean.
This is an hourly paid part-time position with anywhere from 10-20 hours per week. This role is a great opportunity to grow within our company!
Preferred Qualifications:
- A love for the LN brand
- Customer Service experience (in person required, digital preferred)
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to problem solve, adapt, and take initiative to maintain an efficient work environment.
- Ability to work flexible weekday hours to meet the needs of the store.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
About Lauren Nicole:
We are a boutique with three Orlando locations in Thornton Park, Winter Park and Waterford Lakes.
All online operations and this position are within our Waterford Lakes location.
