In Store Pick Up Policy
We happily offer an In Store Pick Up option available at all 3 of our physical locations!
What is an In Store Pick Up?
In lieu of shipping, we prepare your order and deliver it to your selected location.
Our online inventory reflects all three of our locations! So while its not guaranteed that an item is readily available at the location nearest you, placing the order guarantees that it will be once your order is fulfilled!
How do I place an In Store Pick Up Order?
Select "Add In Store Pick Up" option at check out, and choose the location you'd like to visit!
Fill out the Name, Email, and Phone Number for the person who will be picking up your order.
Make sure you select "Pick Up In Store" as the preferred shipping method.
Complete check out normally!
How do I know when my order is ready?
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation via email.
We aim to prepare all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday)
Once your order is ready, you'll receive an email as well as a call from the location you selected.
What items are returnable?
Beginning 1.1.24 Lauren Nicole accepts exchanges and returns for STORE CREDIT within 30 days of fulfillment. This will be the same day you receive a call or email notifying you. After 30 days, your items will be considered Final Sale. No refunds will be issued.
- Items must have tags attached and in original condition
- Item must be unwashed, unworn, with no make-up or deodorant marks.
- Shoes must be unworn and in their original box.
- If there are any issues with your item(s) upon pick up, you must let us know within 24 hours of pick up.
- Store Promos: Items purchased during a sale or with a store promotion code are Final Sale unless otherwise stated to be eligible for exchange or store credit.
All belts, body tape, fashion tape, hair accessories, handbags, hats, home decor, jewelry, sunglasses, petals, wallets, face masks, gift cards, sale items are FINAL sale.
