Pizza Night

A Sunday tradition made from scratch.

Every Sunday, we slow down, make dough from scratch, and gather around homemade pizza. It's become one of my favorite traditions that brings us together every week.

Start here! Our homemade pizza dough.

Every pizza we make starts with the same homemade dough we've been making for years. It's our easy go-to!

Little Things That Make a Big Difference

Flour

One of the biggest factors in a great homemade pizza is the flour you choose. Over the years, we’ve experimented with a variety of flours, and each one creates a slightly different crust. If you’re just getting started, I highly recommend using King Arthur Organic Unbleached All-Purpose Flour. It’s the flour we used for years while perfecting our dough recipe because it’s consistent, easy to work with, and delivers great results every time. As you become more comfortable making pizza, don’t be afraid to branch out and experiment with other organic bread flours. That’s part of the fun, and you may discover a favorite of your own.

Mozzarella

One of the simplest ways to improve your homemade pizza is by choosing the right mozzarella. Skip the pre-shredded cheese and the fresh mozzarella balls, and instead buy a brick of [Brand Name] mozzarella and shred it yourself. Fresh mozzarella balls hold a lot more moisture, which can leave your pizza soggy. A brick of mozzarella melts beautifully, gives you that classic cheese pull, and helps create a crisp, golden crust every time.
