Return Policy

Lauren Nicole will gladly accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery date. Merchandise must arrive to us within the 14 day window, be unworn, in original condition and with tags attached (shoes must be in their original box). If you have tried on your purchase, please make sure there are no make-up or deodorant marks or your your return will be rejected by our return department. When trying on shoes we suggest doing so in a carpet area to avoid scratches on the sole. 

All handbags, hats, jewelry, gift cards, and sale items are FINAL sale.

If there are any issues with your items upon arrival, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Lauren Nicole is not responsible for any packages damaged, lost, or stolen during transit.

Store Promos: Items purchased with a store promo code are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Items purchased with an auto applied promo are eligible for still eligible for refund.

Once the return request is received, you will be provided a pre paid return label.

Please note that Return costs are deducted from total refund amount. If you return for store credit, we'll comp the return label!

With your returned item, please include the return document included with your order. If you've misplaced your return document, please contact us via email. We will gladly send you another!

Once returned items are received, we will thoroughly inspect the item and process the return within 3 business days. Once your return is processed you will receive a confirmation email for your refund, store credit, or exchange.

Returns shipped to our return department that are not within the 14 day period or do not meet our return policy will encounter additional shipping or restocking fees.

If you are located near a store, our stores accept online returns.

Lauren Nicole is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. 

Extended Holiday Policy:
Starting 11.26.22 purchases eligible for return/exchange may be returned for STORE CREDIT only through 1.8.23 (14 days after Christmas). If the return falls within the original 14 day policy, it is eligible for a refund.

Black Friday and Cyber Monday Policy:
Black Friday and Cyber Monday purchases are eligible for store credit or exchange ONLY. Promotional discount does not apply to previous purchases. Items returned during Black Friday or Cyber Monday promotion are not eligible to re-purchase with the discount. Original price applies.
