Return Policy

IMPORTANT RETURN POLICY UPDATE: 

As we prepare for our permanent closure in Winter Park at the end of December:

Starting December 6th all sales will be FINAL SALE in store and online. This applies to all orders, including in store pick ups. 

All purchases made prior to December 6th that are eligible for exchange must be completed by December 28th. After December 28th all sales will be final.

All store credits and gift cards (in store and online) must be used by December 28th. After December 28th all outstanding store credits and gift cards become final due to the permanent store closure. 

Return Shipping & Labels

For eligible returns made prior to December 6, original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a prepaid return label is used, a standard $6.99 return shipping fee will apply and be deducted from the issued store credit, in accordance with our standard return policy.
